ZADIE

Zadie is a three-piece alternative rock band from Wellington, New Zealand, formed in 2024. Our songs combine dark yet intimate themes with experimental rock sounds, taking a unique spin on songwriting derived from folk singer-songwriter music and grunge roots.

 

In April 2024, Zadie released their debut single, 'Motive,' which explores themes of lack of direction and motivation in moving forward in life. Later in 2024, the band created and released 'Around You' which was well received by the public during gigs.

 

As a band, they continue to expand and refine their sound, with an upcoming single and EP in the works for release.
